Nicola Thwaites Specialist Decorating receives your inquiries by phone, text, email and word of mouth.  We use your email address, phone number, address, and other details for the purposes of communicating with you, and for record keeping, to reply to communications sent to us, and to keep records.

We do not share client details with any other third party. We do not use client details for mass marketing or direct marketing purposes. Your data will never be sold on. For tax purposes we are required by law to retain basic details about our clients (such as but not limited to contact information, identity, financial/transaction data, billing address, delivery address, estimates and invoices) for six years after they cease to be clients.

For the purpose of website analytics and to guide our SEO and online marketing, we may sometimes view Technical Data, including data reflecting use of our website such as your IP address, browser, page views, navigation, devices used to access our website, etc.  Such data is used to administer our website and guide our marketing. Information related to website analytics may be shared with our web/IT contractor who analyzes this data on our behalf.
