Marbling is one of a range of traditional paint effects available from Nicola Thwaites Specialist Decorating (London, UK).
Marbling involves paint techniques to create the depth, colour, and veining of real marble, adding elegance and opulence to any interior. This technique is typically applied to columns, pilasters, fireplaces, skirting boards, and other architectural elements. However, you can apply marbling wherever the look of marble is desired.
Marbling can be realistic (to match-in with existing marble accents). Or it can be rendered in a fantasy or naïve style. Our marbling projects include churches, private residences and commercial spaces.
